    Double charged to my card

    May I ask if it is possible to subset either one. or just subset for december 2015?

    Hi,

     

    I checked your account and I noticed that you have a double subscription on us on Paypal. Please cancel either one of the subscriptions so only one subscription will remain. Then we can process a refund for you. To cancel, just follow the instructions below.

    1. Log into your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you made to us

    3. Click on your subscription number: S-45455342D8342491D

    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button

     

    Please inform us once you have cancelled the other subscription on your Paypal account.
