Today at 17:43:09 GMT+02:00 I received a payment through one of my forms but I didn't get email notification. The notification is set up, I had someone fill in last week and received an email then.
It is the 'bestel laptopstand in euro NL' form. It's located online at http://www.greentunadesign.be/NL/nl/bestel.html
I was quite pleased with your service before. But now I have a lot of doubts. Even though I received a paymant, the fact that I don't have a submission on email nor in the list takes my confidence in your service away. Please let me know what went wrong.

There was a bug on our new version release today. It is fixed now.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to get the submission data for the entries already made. Since the bug caused the pending submissions to be not recorded at all. So, the only solution is to contact to the payers and ask them to re-submit the form and not complete the payment. Then you can complete their submissions from Pending Submissions button on the Submissions page. Sorry.
