Hi. Is it possible for submissions to be automatically updated to a spreadsheet?

Hi,

 

Yes, it is possible using Google Spreadsheet integration. You can check this guide for more information: How to Integrate Form with Google Spreadsheet. Once you have integrated your form to Google Spreadsheet, every submission in your form will be automatically added to the spreadsheet.
