How to use Thank you page of a form to another form

I want to use the Thank You page of one of my forms for another based on certain criteria. Is there a way to determine what the full URL of the thank you page for a given form?

I understand that you want to display the Thank you page of a form to a different form based on condition. If you have setup the Thank you page as a message, you can copy the message to the other form. 

Once you copy the URL or the message, you can use it on the other form. Since you want to setup this Thank you page based on Conditions, you can achieve this from Conditions Wizard.

Thank you, that should have been obvious to me. Works fine but doesn't appear to maintain the background image which I set for the form. Any way to do this?

I have checked your form e-Prescribe Service Terms, and the background image correctly shows there:

When checking another form, the one named e-Prescribe Agreement, I see that you have used the following URL as your thank you URL:

https://form.jotform.com/criterions/e-prescribe-service-terms?referring=ERX

In order for the form to load with its background image correctly showing, please use jotformpro.com domain instead of jotform.com domain, because that form is located on our jotformpro.com domain. So the thank you link should point to:

https://form.jotformpro.com/criterions/e-prescribe-service-terms?referring=ERX

Please let us know if this resolves the issue you are having. If it does not, please do let us know the link to the form where this is happening, so that we can try troubleshooting further.

I would just like to add that most of your forms are on the jotformpro.com domain, and a few of them are on the jotform.us domain.

If you run into the same problem again with the form background not showing for the form when it is opened with its jotform.com link, in your case, please first try the jotformpro.com domain, and if the link is still not working, then the form is likely on jotform.us domain.
