I need the $19/mo plan, but only for a couple of months out of the year. Can I switch back and forth between the Free and the Bronze?Asked by Ben on December 04, 2015 at 09:56 AM
Two or three months (spread out) of the year I will need to utilize the Bronz plan. The other months, I will not need it. Can I switch back and forth between the Bronze and the Starter plans by downgrading, then upgrading, then downgrading, etc?
And, if I can, will I loose the forms and responses I have already received?
Also, I want to confirm that the "1000 monthly submissions" means that I can only receive 1000 total replies to my forms per month. Is this correct? And, how is the month calculated? Is it 30/31 days from account start or by actual calendar months?
Thank you for your interest in our product, Ben.
Regarding your question, you can upgrade to our paid plans and choose to pay monthly, yearly and bi-yearly basis.
In your case, I believe the monthly plan will fit you. And yes, you can switch back and forth from Free to Bronze, and vice versa. To upgrade to a subscription plan, you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-upgrade-my-account.
Now for example, you subscription on December 18, 2015, you will be charged initially for the 1 month then you will be charged every 18th/19th of the month for it. If you only want to be in Bronze plan for 1 month, then you need to downgrade BEFORE the next billing date which in this case is on January 18, 2016. Here's a guide on how to downgrade: http://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-back-to-Free-Account
For the limits. Please note that the submission limits are on a monthly basis, when you reached any of the submission limits, your forms will temporarily be disabled. To continue using them, you need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR you can wait for the submission limits to reset which happens every 1st day of the month. The counting of submission is on the 1st-last day of the month.
PS: Please do make sure to sign up an account to us before upgrading.
