I am using the form tools and following these instructions http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit I click save and logout and then log back in and the file size has reverted to the default size.
Also, I clicked the button to allow multiple files to be uploaded and hit save and when I log out and back in again I lose that change as well. I have a premium subscription so I should be able to do this, correct?

I believe my colleagues have addressed your issue in this thread:
You should be able to increase the file upload size regardless of subscription level. I checked your form and was able to make the changes.
Try logging out, clearing your browser cache/cookies, then logging back in. This will ensure you are fully logged in to your account and should allow you to save changes. If you are still unable to, please follow up in the other thread and we will be happy to have another look.
