    I changed the email address for this account (DBHSHLI) from
    to However, I created the form for this client
    and they need modification to the form and the password I have is no longer
    working. Can you re-set the Account login email to info@dabeka.comso that
    I can reset the password in order to access the form to make changes they
    need. Thanks.

    Does the user you created the account for no longer have access?  They can change the log in information or update the email address quite easily from their account settings:
