Payment Wizard Error when attempting to Update Price for Special Pricing

    Hello,

    I am trying to update my payment wizard to just change a price on a form I cloned from one I have used in the past.  IE, currently the price is $65 and I want to increase it to $70.  I am not getting a weird error that I can only enter a numeric value.

    Based on your above information it seems to me that you are trying to update the Special Pricing from an existing form which was cloned so that you could create a new version with a different cost.

    Is this the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/53296885450971 that you are attempting to make this change on? Or?

    I see it's currently set at $70 but now says Events - 1 Event, 2 - Events, 3 - Events though I'm unsure if that is the right one or not.

    More than likely though if you are experiencing a warning within the custom pricing area that means that you have spacing or something set up incorrectly.

    Please also make sure for your Custom Events you have it set to the "Custom Property" since the other options won't work for this especially the Quantity Field which is probably where you are getting the error at because that particular property is expecting Numbers and nothing more.

    Thanks for your feedback.  I ended up deleting it and then re-doing and it seemed to fix the error.
