Can a text section appear on the form submission?Asked by OMH on December 04, 2015 at 03:51 PM
I have a Statement of Understanding in a text section on my form and a separate question asking the user if they read and understand the terms. However I need the actual Statement of Understanding in its entirety to be exported on the form as well as the responses. Is this possible?
Unfortunately, the headers and text fields are not included in the email notifications. However, the headers or texts of your jotform can be copied an pasted in the email composer editor, since it allows to you to insert graphics, create tables, etc: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
Also, you can include your headers and text in your PDF submission: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission
