    If I understand it correctly, you are getting an error when using our SMS Confirmation widget on your form. The error in your screenshot is:

    Error: The requested resource /2010-04-01/Accounts//Messages.json was not found

    This error usually indicates the SMS Confirmation widget was not correctly set up with your Twilio account credentials. I would also like to add that for setting this up, you must have an account registered with Twilio. If you do not have one, you can register for a trial account over this link.

    Please make sure to fill out all the details requested by the SMS Confirmation widget, such as your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and Twilio Number, and please try again.

    You can get your Twilio SID and Auth Token by following the steps in this guide on Twilio.

    After you are logged into your Twilio account, you can also get your Twilio number on this page.
