I'm having an issue when you fill out the form for airtailor.com on mobile and click "SIGN UP", it submits then takes you to the top of the page. Users have no idea if it submitted or not unless they scroll back down to where it says, "Thank You.."

    Please help!

I can't replicate this using my Android device so maybe the issue it with your iPhone. Is this correct?

You are currently using our default embed method. Please try our iframe method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

If the issue persists, you have the option to use a custom thank you URL. Basically, you will have to create a thank you page in your website and use it in the form's thank you settings. Here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thanks for your help, Welvin, but your iframe solution didn't solve the issue. I think I will resort to a custom Thank You page url.

In other news, the fonts I put in the CSS of the form are only reflecting on desktop and not mobile. Any idea how I can get the font to be consistent on all devices?

I'm sorry to hear that. Yes, the custom thank you page should work. You can put the link there for the form page so users can go back if they wish to.

As for the font CSS, I will have to address it here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/718671. We have to move new questions into a separate thread so this way, we can focus on it and assist you properly.

    Thanks
