I've created a new account because the username can't be changed, and I want to transfer my form to the new one. I've followed Option #3 from this page, but you lost me at step 4. I can see the Shared folder in my second account but not the first. I tried refreshing the page and re-logging in, and it's still not there as instructed.

If you don't need any other sub-user account and all you want to do is move your forms to another account, we can transfer your forms with their submissions into another account.
If you want this one, please answer this thread with your request.

In addition, if the unchanging username is the main reason for all that action, we can change your username with respect to your request. With that, you don't need to mess with other things to transfer or share your data.
Please, consider all these solutions and let us know your final request.

I've already created an account with the new username (Yonderworldly), so I would like to move my form instead. Please and thank you.
