Mobile users getting stuck on "PLEASE WAIT" had around 100 reports that the forms just hang on "Please wait" when submitting and then do not send the details, please advise asap

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this have caused you. I have tried cloning your form and submitted the clone version using my android phone and it was successful. I also tried to check it on the website where the form is embedded and didn't encounter any errors like, "Please Wait" upon submission. Is there anyway possible you can determine or ask them what type of mobile devices are they using when they submit your form from the website where it is embedded? Is it also possible for them to fill it up using the direct URL of the form instead? You can try to add the link to the form(Form URL) to the item description section of Ebay where your form is located.
I'm not sure how the form is embedded with Ebay, but if the form is not embedded as an iframe, please try to embed it using the iframe code instead and see if it'll help.
