I have a contact and order form that I have edited so that the forms allow the upload button to upload multiple files/photos, however although the form has been successfully edited and saved, when I preview the form it is still showing the old version.
I have tried on various browsers but still the same.
Can you help please.

I have checked the form embedded on your website and I have also checked the from its link.
I'm seeing an upload field for single uploads only and not for multiple uploads. I have cloned the form to see if I will be able to update it on my end. Surprisingly, after the clone form loads from my form builder page(without doing anything yet) it already shows me that the upload field is set to upload multiple files.

Right now, I will escalate this concern to our developers so they will be aware of what's happening. We will notify you via this thread if there are any updates.
By the way, with your permission, I can try to change it for you on your form for now and see if that helps. Let us know if you agree to that. We will wait for your response.

I have updated the upload field on your form, http://www.jotform.com/53183772843361, and it now shows that the multiple upload option is enabled on my end. Can you check if it was applied on your end, please?
I have informed our developers about this concern. Please be assured that this will be worked on and you will be updated once they have fixed it.
