I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this have caused you.

I believe you are pertaining to the text at the beginning of your form, is that correct?

I have loaded your form and it shows the text I have highlighted on the image above. Can you please show us what should be on the text by posting a screenshot of your form builder page after  you have made the changes and saved the form.

You can post a screenshot to the forums by following the instruction on this guide: How-to-include-screenshot-image-in-the-support-forum

We will wait for your response. Thank you.

The wording is fine now.  I had never had this problem before.

Also, when I put the source code into my page instead of embedding the script. I end up with bullet points all down the page.  I remember someone else having the same problem but can't remember how to deal with this or find the question and answer.  This means that I can't see the form in my Artisteer page only online.

Could you direct me to that Q & A.

     Many thanks for your help.

Thank you so much for the update. Actually, it was a temporary glitch on our end but it was fixed immediately by our developers after it was reported. We're glad to know that the issue with the text on your form is already fixed.

About your issue with the bullet points showing on the left side of your form, I have moved it to a new thread because we believe that we can better assist our users if they will have a separate thread of their own for every question that they have. You may follow the new thread by clicking this link - http://www.jotform.com/answers/718974

We will attend to you there shortly. Thank you.
