Can't save the form

I can't save any changes after the 1-st save of the form. So if I make some mistake after 1-st save of the form I'll must to create a new form. What am I doing wrong? I use Google Chrome. 

Can you please try first disabling the Auto Save option of the Form Builder.

This way you will have to manually save the form changes.

I have checked the Revision History of your form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/53394232157354 and I have noted that it had been saved multiple times already. Meaning, saving the form had been working.
