I cannot figure out the email notificationsAsked by Elana Vollen on December 06, 2015 at 03:30 PM
I don't understand the form to be able to receive email notifications when your forms are submitted. I would like to have the forms submitted directly to my personal email and I followed directions but cannot figure out the 'Notifier' page? I am confused at this point, who is the sender and who is the recipient??
I also don't know anything about the SMTP information. I just want the forms sent back to my personal email and I am also wondering if the information is downloadable so that I can keep it in a file on my own personal computer for reference.
I am not sure I was able to add the link to my form as you requested. hopefully it is the link below.
Please review the user guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/30-Notification-Autoresponder-Email-Details
It explains in the user guide what is the "Sender" and what is the "Recipient" as well.
Actually, the default Notification Email settings will send already the email alert to your account email. So if your account email is your personal email account, then it was already sending to your personal email.
