Why when I publish my form it tells me not found ? thanks

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

    The form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/53395678439372 was mistakenly disabled by the Phishing Filter due to suspected phishing. But I have manually checked the form and found that it is not.

    I have now reinstated the form. You may now continue using JotForm services again.
