Help with a calling up an embedded form and prepopulate a field within my site.

 Field Name {nameOf42} Name of Child = "BETTY"

Would like text on a page similar to this: "Click here to sponsor Betty."

I've been doing this successfully with this script but I changed my form to PayPal Pro.

(removed the "< >" so this would not run which it did every time to opened this to edit)

Could not get this code to work by replacing the Http: call.

Upon clicking on a text string on our web site I wish to open http://www.sonriseministriesinc.org/sponsor-children

which contains http://www.jotform.com//?formID=53396874054970     

and pre-populate the drop down field {nameOf42} Name of Child with a value that exists in the drop down.

for instance:  CLICK HERE TO SPONSOR "Andrew_Serugo"

this opens - http://www.sonriseministriesinc.org/sponsor-children

which contains embedded form  http://www.jotform.com//?formID=53396874054970

and pre-populates the Name of Child field with "Andrew_Serugo"

can you help with the code that drives the linkable text to start this?
