not 100% sure what email i signed up with but I tried all of my emails and none of them gave me the option of reseting password. I recieve jotforms daily on my email@example.com

As far as I can see, you have two Guest accounts (cookies based). In order to solve the problem please register a Free account with firstname.lastname@example.org email address, your form should be automatically transfered to your new account.
