We've been double charged for Premium and Silver Plan

    We upgraded out account a while back from the $9.95 to the $39 level. It looks like we've been charged for both. Also, our submission limit is still at the $9 level. Please address as soon as possible. Thanks!

    You forgot to cancel the Premium Plan before processing the payment for the Silver plan. The premium plan has been renewed overriding the silver plan.

    You should have contacted us so we can switch it for you. Anyways, I have cancelled the Premium plan and refunded your last payment. Expect the refund returned to your card within 4-10 business days.

    You are now all set with Silver Monthly.

    Welvin, thanks for the help. I wasn't aware it was possible to have multiple account plans activated concurrently. By virtue of the user admin tools, there is no apparent way for me to have used the value of two separate accounts. Thank you for returning the cost of one month, but I would ask you to consider doing the same for the previous month, as well.

    I have done a refund for the monthly premium 9.95 that was billed alongside the silver plan.

    You should receive a refund back to your card in 4-10 business days.
