    Three perspective tenants have claimed they get 'kicked out' when trying to submit an application.

    Three people have claimed they get 'kicked' out when clicking on the 'submit' button. I had no problem when I tested it with the name 'John Doe'. Is there any way for you guys to check and see if there is an issue? If there may be a problem on their end they can check, I'd like to be able to pass that information along as well.

    I have inspected you embedded form on your site and noticed that the src value is lacking the form URL, this might cause improper submissions in some browsers especially when the form scripts are not already cached.

    Kindly generate a fresh copy of the  Iframe embed code and ensure the src value has the form URL in it.

    Also remove the script tag at the top of the iframe.

     

    If possible have one of the affected user test the form to see if they can submit successfully.

    I added the code to the iframe. When you say to remove the script tag, do you mean that entire line of code?

    Yes, before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part in your webpage, example:

    No problem, we will add patrick@memphisrenters.com instead of ashley@avphotographyonline.com. Just to let you know, this can be edited when logged in the account:

    1) Click on person shape icon

    2) Click on Account

    3) Under Profile tab, search for the email, and click "edit"
