Hide Credit Card fields in Stripe when the total amount is zero

1. It would be great if it hide the Credit Card fields when the total was $0 or otherwise indicate they aren't required.

As promised, I have now submitted this thread as a feature request. We can't promise any timeframe for this, but if there are updates, you should know it via this thread.
