when you update a form with Jotform, do you need to recopy the code and place in website, or does it upload on changing of the form?

This doesn't seem to be related to your first question. Nevertheless, if you use the full source of the form it will have to be re-copied if any changes are made in the form builder. This is not the case when using the short embed code (and to some extent with the iFrame).
