Are submission limits monthly or yearly

I am looking at purchasing a yearly plan but am not sure of what the Submissions field refers to.  Is this the number of submissions I can accept per month or per year?

The number of submissions for each plan is monthly.  The submission count resets on the first day of each month for all users.  So, for example, if you had a Bronze subscription, you would be able to receive up to 1000 total submissions every month.
