need urgent help - am user with you. Unfortunately, forget password, so that I do not come on my account. About the button "send reset instructions" I have no e-mail to change of the password preserved. I am registered at the e-mail address: email@example.com

Please check your email, I have sent the reset instructions to your email address: firstname.lastname@example.org, since that is the email used to register your JotForm account, username: stadler
