The information from a submitted form is not correct.

    I cloned a template and made the appropriate text changes. However, when the submission form is sent it still has the old form verbiage and not the update information I replaced it with.

    Hi,

    The notification added by the template is being retained.  The easiest way to update your notification to current fields is to create a new notification:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    This will create a new notification with all current form fields added.
