Our company currently uses jot form for incident reporting. We have added emails of those who are to receive the reports and act on them.
For some reason, email addresses are not getting the emails.
The email address email@example.com
Please check as to why the Jot Form System is not sending the emails.Page URL:

I would suggest you to follow this guide in order to prevent bouncing related issues :
Also you can check your Junk and Spam folders, if possible, please ask your email provider to whitelist our IP Addresses and Domains, you will find that info on this link :
