I downgraded to the free version a few months ago, but noticed I have been billed for the last few months. My account doesn't appear to be switching to the free version. I don't get enough responses to justify a paid version. Please help.

I have checked your account and seems you have made the downgrade, your account is now scheduled to downgrade on December 30, 2015.
User is scheduled to downgrade.
Your account then will be back to free.
