I'm trying to build a form for my crews to use out in the field and I'm not able to preview the form. Additionally, I received an odd notice about my account being disabled for phishing. I'm just trying to create a tool for my guys. Please explain and how do I fix it because google forms isn't working too great for me.

Our apologies. I have now re-activated your account. You can now continue to work on your forms.

Your account was suspended because there are imported forms found in your account which contains username and password fields. Note that any types of login forms are not allowed here in Jotform. That is considered phishing forms. I have now deleted these forms in your trash folder. It should be fine by now. Kindly refrain from doing this to prevent this from happening again.

    Thank you for using Jotform!

I think there may be a disconnect in reading the google form that was created because there were no login fields, but I noticed that's all that came up when I tried to import work I had already done. Trying to save time by not having to re-create the whole thing, but I guess I'll have to do that anyway. Thanks for your help. Issue solved.
