    SCAM SITE Using Jot Form & Others

    we have also noticed another person has reported the same company under REMOVE PHISHING/SCAM DATA

    and it says it was deleted but we see him appearing again.

    I will have to pass this to a higher level now.

    I tried replying on the same thread and it clearly states please wait all the time so i do not know how i could so i posted another one.

    The form is actually disabled. 

    Upon submit, this message is displayed:

     

    The user also has no access to his account.

    In addition to this, the form looks active because the actual HTML code is placed in the form.  What we can only do is reject the submissions coming to our servers and disable the account that is being used for this. 

    This case should be reported to the hosting provider as we have no control over personal web page files uploaded in hosting servers, like the hosting company that provides service to http://www.nhs-cards.org.uk
