How can I stop getting the same messages from the same sender?

    We get the same emails sent through our form from this page http://frautag.ru/collection/order-knitwear. This is the fourth day. Every day comes 4-5 such messages.

    Why can it happen? How can I enter an email from the sender to the blacklist?

    I see you already have an opened thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/720078. I have responded to you there. Please refer to that one instead. I would also like to suggest getting a fresh copy of your embed code and re-embed it to your website.

    In your website, your embed code is not SSL, you can learn more about the removal of the SSL limit here: http://www.jotform.com/blog/175-All-Forms-are-Now-Secure-by-Default-The-SSL-Limits-on-Free-Accounts-are-Lifted-.

    You can also directly ban an IP address from visiting your website, your website hosting provider should have that option, you can check the IP address of the user who submitted the form by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/31-How-to-See-IP-Addresses-of-Form-Submitters
