I'm only getting date filters to choose from and they aren't loading after I select any date range.
Any reason for this?

I've tested and this feature is working:
Have you tested with more than one browser? If the problem persists please let us know the form url so we can perform further tests. Also if you can provide screenshots, that can help us to determine the causes of this situation.
We'll wait for more details to continue.

After your first post the reports started working but I still don't get that.
Here are a few screenshots, leading to the latest one I have.
The last one is clearly taken after the report feature started working again.
I know you're only looking at Date sorting - but when I do that I just get the loading circle and no data?? I have left it overnight to see if it's just the amount of data I have that's the problem.

I've checked your visual report. Can you choose Current Year instead of Current Month.
At that time, it will work properly.
The problem occurs due to you have any submissions on current month.
