The form managing system is great

but every time I feel 

problems with loading your forms on website

Please let us know the link to your website so we can check the form. I would also suggest trying our other embed method such as the iframe http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

The form is loading correctly and I see no delay about it. In fact, the form is loaded automatically upon viewing the page. Your website, as a whole, is loaded 4+ seconds to my end:

There's also no problem with viewing the form using its direct link (http://www.jotformpro.com/form/53134175463958).

How about your internet connection? Did you try it with another browser? Please try it and update us here. I would also suggest checking the website in incognito/private browsing mode.
