    Transfering data to Europe

    Hello!

     

    I have checked the check box to move my data to EU (Germany).

    Nothing seems to happen. When I went back 24 hours later, the check box was un-checked.

     

    Please help.

    As I check your account, it looks like the data transfer to EU servers is not initiated. Once you select the option Store my data only in Europe (Germany) - BETA in your account settings, the Data Transfer wizard should open and prompt to move your account to EU servers.

    You can also access the wizard by using the following URL.

    http://www.jotform.com/eu-safe-forms/

    Please try using a different browser and see if that works. Once the transfer is completed, you should be receiving an email notification with success message.

    The problem is that I have selected the option (1) and I have pressed MOVE khnreg TO EU (2) first once. No transfer seems to happen. Then I find that the check box has un-checked itself.

    So, I do the same procedure again to times, the same happens and now for the third time.

     

    My conclusion is that something is wrong. This functionality does not seem to work.

    Please feel free to initiate the transfer from your computer if you are able to start the transfer.

    Hello Rune,

    As I tried to transfer your account to EU servers, I am able to replicate the issue at my end. However, I was checking with my backend team and it seems the issue is now fixed. I've tried moving your account to EU servers now and it worked this time. 

    Once the data is completely moved to EU servers, you should be receiving an email with success message. You should be now redirected to EU domain (https://eu.jotform.com/) when you are logged into your account.

    I guess the URL's for my forms are still the same, or have they changed as well?
