My account is suspended

    Hello, I have a form or I Hello, I have a form or I Hello, I did a form where I asked for the URL Facebook and other social networks , but not passwords. I do not think my form violated your policies, but out of respect , I deleted it. How can I do now to my account to be activated? Thank you!

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and we also thank you for your co-operation in deleting the suspected form. I've checked the JotForms in your account and they seems to be normal and clean. I've activated your account and you should be able to view your forms without any issues. 

    I see that your JotForm is made in French and our language translation tool is not updated to scan some languages such as Arabic, French, etc. So, the forms made in these languages are likely to be automatically suspended. To avoid the automatic suspension on such forms, we recommend you to build your forms in English and then use our language translation tool to display it in French by default.
