    Dear,

    In my usage statistics shows:

    170 Monthly Presentations

    170 Presentations Secure SSL

    I think that means regular 170 + 170 Secure SSL = 340 Total Presentations

Changing a form to SSL safe, but raised the total number of normal presentations, is that normal?

170 Monthly Presentations and 170 Presentations Secure SSL, have separate counters?

    Thank you so much

Please be noted that your account can receive up to 170 monthly submissions in total. This includes Payment submissions and/or SSL submissions. There is no separate limit for SSL submissions. Each SSL submission received is also counted in normal submissions. The graph with SSL submissions is to display the number of SSL submissions received of all submissions received.

Since you are on a Free plan, you'll be able to receive up to only 10 payments per month. The form needs to be submitted in order to receive the payment and hence it is counted as a submission.

Hope this information helps! Let us know if you have any other questions. We will be happy to help.
