Cannot see my form when I log in to a different computer

I created this form here:

But I can't see it under my forms unless I log into my account on the computer that I created the form through. I can't see it on another computer. It's the same account.

Can you help?

It looks like this JotForm was created on the other computer without logging into your JotForm account. This resulted in creating a guest account for this form and hence you are able to see this form on the same computer. I've now moved this JotForm to your account crystalecollins. You can now login to your account and edit this form as well.
