What is number of form submissions in Free accountAsked by Vangie Bazan on December 08, 2015 at 01:03 PM
I sent an earlier email about this question, but I'm not sure it was delivered. I've not received a confirmation.
I am using the free plan for a donation form integrated with PayPal. How many submissions can be received in a month before needing to upgrade to the bronze plan. In one place (pricing page) I see the number 10 for limit on submissions and in another place (in the footer of the website), it says 100 submissions. I hope it is 100. I'm working with a non profit group who is anxious to send out a holiday appeal.
If the number of submissions is 10, then somewhere I read that we could upgrade to Bronze for just a month or two if we exceed 10. Is that correct? Do we receive a notification? I understand that after the month or two of Bronze, that I can go back to free. Is that correct?
Anxious to hear your response.
