Autoresponder not being received by form submitters.

I'm sorry is this similar to the email a submitter of your form receives when he/she submits your form? If it is, then you are referring to the autoresponder email.

You can set up the autoresponder email on your form with the help of this guide:

I have checked your form after cloning it and I've noticed that you have 3 notifiers set up and 1 autoresponder.

The autoresponder(the one with a cog-wheel on its icon) on the image above will send an email to your form submitter's email address once they fill in the email address field on your form with their email address.

I have checked your forms mail logs and I have not seen any failed emails. You can also check that within your account with the help of this guide: How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

The reason why you're getting multiple notifications is because you have a many notifier set up on your form. You can delete a notifier by hovering on them and an close(X icon) will appear on the right side of the notifier.
