2nd Item in queryAs well, I have another question with regards to Jotforms. I was saving a photo in from Jotform and it saved to my files, but when I tried to save pdf, I could not rename it as I normally do. I had to save as is numbered by Jotforms. Tried at least 10 times on this one file, finally tried saving with just the number and that worked, but normally we can give it a file name.??? Why would this happen suddenly?

I have tested form you provided and I was able to submit it without any error message. When I submitted your form I got redirected to thank you page.
It was probably temporally problem. Are you still getting same error message? Is there any specific scenario how can we replicate it? If you form is embedded to website, please provide us URL of the website.
I have moved your other question to separate thread and we will provide you an answer there shortly.
