Hello. We have an account with you for using Jot Form. Its Royal Restrooms of SW MI and is under the email address email@example.com
I have a question/concern....Why am I not able to use the 'NON SECURED' forms now that we have run over our quota of secured forms? We signed up and got to use or utilize up to 10 secured forms per month...We reached that quickly and realized that we need to go and use your 'Un Secured' forms, which we are supposed to be able to use up to 100 per month. We inputed the Un Secured Code into my outlook signature and when we try to send one, the person on the other end opens it up and it wont open. It says that we are over our quota. We are NOT over for the 'Un Secured' forms at all! We only use about 10 - 25 per month at the most. Please Advise!!!! why is your Unsecured Code not working????
Also, You really need a phone number to be reached at for Customer Service, on here and Jotform!. People Hate to have to only have Email communicaiton with companies. It is nice to actually talk to someone on the other end of the phone!!! and get answers....not have to wait it out
Please respond promptly. this is the second email we sent with questions and are getting no answers. We sent you a question about this over a week ago to no response.
A quick response would be much much appreciated!

A free account is limited to receive 100 regular submissions, 10 SSL submissions or 10 payments(whichever comes first). If you have already received 10 SSL submissions, your form(s) will be disabled and your visitors won't be able to submit anything on your form(s). For all users, the counts reset to 0 on the 1st day of every month.
