upgrading pricing issue

    Hi,

     

    I received your email to upgrade my account. you are offering 50% off subscriptions for the holidays which is great but when you go to pay it says it is still going to charge 159.00/year for Bronze instead of $79 as advertised.

     

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    The pricing will only show for Free accounts.  You may have received the email for another account that does not currently have a subscription.  In any case, I would recommend staying with your current subscription.  You have our old promo pricing of $99.75 per year for Economy, which is equivalent to our Silver subscription.  You would indeed by paying $20 per year less, however, you would be at the Bronze level instead of Silver. 

    If you would still like to switch the Bronze instead of Economy, we can set your account back to a Free one.  You would then be able to upgrade at the holiday prices.  Again, I would recommend staying on your current plan.
