I just received a notification about our free account only takes up to 10 payments.
Is this new, because in the past we've had many more than 10 payments per form/per month/per day.

Please be noted that Free accounts are limited to receive only 10 payments in a month. This limit is existing since long time and not a new limit. As I check your account history, I notice that it was using a paid subscription - Premium monthly for some time. Hence you were allowed to receive more payments as per the plan.
I see that your account has already received 14 payments for the current month and scheduled to downgrade due to overlimit. It is required to upgrade your account in order to receive any further payments/submissions on your forms.
