    Secure Error Message when submitting long Form

    One of our employees tried to submit a form twice online and received the below error message both times.  Can you help me with that?  Thanks!


    Secure Connection Failed

    The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

        The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
        Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

    I test submitted your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52595291499976 but I was not able to reproduce the issue.

    I noted that this was a very long form... it is possible that the end user that experienced the issue had internet connection issue that causes disconnection.

    So when they finally submit the form, it is possible that they do not have the internet connection at the time.


    it is might also due to secure connection issue on the network. You can try letting the user use the non secure URL link of the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52595291499976 instead.


    I did see existing submissions already for the form. So it also means that other users were able to use and submit the form successfully.
