I receive no emails, why?

    I have provided a contact form with Jotform for my website.

    I can see the emails from my website by  Jotform, but I

    receive no emails on my own email address  neumanneugen@aol.com.

    I receive emails from other users without problems. Please, help me. Thank you!

    Hello Eugen,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I have created a ticket to our developers about this issue.

    In the meanwhile, you can set up your notification email address to @gmail for example, and then use mail forwarding option from @gmail to @aol.

    We will get back to you with the update on this thread once we get any more information for you.

    Hi,

    Your email provider "AOL" is temporary blocking our emails,

    Please use "noreply@jotform.com" as a sender email address to continue to receive your emails,
