Return to my site after they pay

    Hi,

Your forms and site is great.  I'm busy creating a form for my website but need some help.  I want users to pay using Paypal (either with their account or a credit card).  When I've tested out the form, after clicking "submit", I'm taken to to a Paypal page where payment can be made.  But once payment is made, we're now stuck on the Paypal page.  Any thoughts on how I can re-direct my users back to my site to a "thank you" page?

I see that if I eliminate the payment portion and just have them submit some text and a photo, they get a "thank you" page.  But how do I do this with a payment page?

    Many thanks!

    Josh

    Hi,

There are a couple workarounds described in this thread that should allow you to redirect to a different page after PayPal payment.

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/514214-After-paypal-payment-is-successful-how-do-I-automatically-redirect-to-a-thank-you-page

If neither of those solutions work for you, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.

    Thanks, David.
I’m all set with this issue.
Now, as far as costs and submissions, etc.
If I start with the free starter account and I hit 100 submissions, do I get a message from you?
Can I then upgrade to get more submissions? And
do the photos that my users submit stay in the account using up space or
if I delete their emails to me, does that remove the photos and save me space?
    Thanks,
    -Josh

Since your new questions are unrelated to the original, I will move them to a thread of their own.  I will follow here in this thread shortly:
