I want to take credit card information and the last 4 numbers of a social security number to pass on to the Providers we sell for like DISH, DirecTV, Etc. how can I do that without violating any of your rules.  We do have a merchant account with Square and are in the process of getting one with intuit, which will also be giving us a PCI Compliant Certificate.

You can get the Billing iformation data like Credit card account info using the form by integrating to Payment tools like Paypal, Stripe, and Authorize.Net

    link: http://apps.jotform.com/category/payment_processing

You just need to setup Authorization Only option in the Pament tool.

    user guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

It will not work if you will only use the regular fields on jotform to ask end-users to provide sensitive CC accont data. Because it will be in violation of JotForm Terms of Use.

Just in case you don't know it yet, we have already released our integration with Square (www.squareup.com). Please check our blog post here: https://www.jotform.com/blog/246-Create-JotForm-Payment-Forms-Using-Square
