    Email link returning old version?

    Each time I press publish it gives me a link to an earlier version?

    Your form can be accessed by using this direct link - https://form.jotformeu.com/53403945545357. Latest changes on your form should be reflected when you use the direct link of your form. Are you trying to share your form via Email using the instructions provided in this article: How to Send a form via email? If so, this feature will just allow you to send the direct link of your form to your clients. If you are referring to a different concern, can you provide us more details regarding the issue you are encountering so we can further check the issue?

    Hi

    Thank you for your reply I have done everything and sent myself an email from jot form as you suggest but it keeps sending the previous version of this form? Any clue?

    To my understanding, when you try to access your form through its(https://form.jotformeu.com/53403945545357), you're getting an older version of it even after making changes to it and successfully saved it, is that correct?

    May we know what changes on the forms you made that was not saved?

    You can try to check the changes you made on the form by visiting its revision history. Here's a guide on how you can do that: How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

    Hi

    The problem seems to be that when I publish the form the link open a previous version each time? On one of the emails you sent me it did open the latest version but the link would not work within an email? Help,

    A little bit more information, it seems that if I click on the link on a different device it opens the latest version? Not sure why I still cannot open the latest version on my PC.
