I have created two surveys that I am using in our school to get feedback from parents.
However it asks for two emails. One for students and one from parents. It will not accept our school email address as an email. My email address is andy.dean@bsg.org.cn - it is a China domain that is the problem as iCloud and other web based email accounts seem to be ok to use.

Your account is not in our bounce list, I would like to share you this guide, you can follow them in order to prevent bouncing related issues and add our IP Addresses to your whitelist, you can ask your email provider to do it :
